Muscat counsel Hamood Al-Rawahi is a litigator with solid experience of civil, commercial and criminal litigation in Oman and extensive experience of handling both contentious and non-contentious matters. He is licensed to practice before the Primary and Appeal Circuit Courts in the Sultanate of Oman.
Hamood acts for international and domestic clients in complex litigation matters from trial courts up to the Appellate and Supreme Circuit Courts. Previously Head of Litigation at another Omani law firm, he also represents clients in mediation and settlement negotiations.
